THE YIN & YANG OF SUGAR CRAVINGS

Have you ever found yourself at the bottom of a pint of Ben & Jerry’s and wondered why? Finished an entire package of cookies and wished you’d never started? Feel like you HAVE TO HAVE that bar of chocolate every afternoon at 3pm? In this workshop we will discuss where these sugar cravings come from and how to combat them using the concepts of yin and yang. If you have ever felt the pull of a sweet treat this workshop is for you!


September 16th

WOMEN, YOGA & WELLNESS

As women we are inundated with images of beauty and perfect bodies. We are taught at a young age that “thin is in” and nothing else will do. We also are blessed with a totally unique body chemistry

and needs. In this workshop we will explore how, as a woman, you can care for your health,

your body and your body image through really great eating and supportive yogic poses.

If you’re a woman this is one not to be missed.

October 14th

HEALTHY "FAST FOOD " FOR THE YOGI ON THE RUN

That’s right – I saw you the other day – speeding from work to run in the door to your yoga class so that you can be blissful and still for a few moments before you run out the door to inhale some dinner. I know – your life is busy! But never fear – this workshop will be time well spent as you will learn

tips & techniques to prepare really healthy food in a jiffy so that you can eat right

AND make it to your favorite yoga class on time.


November 18th

MINDFUL EATING THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS

You know the time of year: Thanksgiving is coming and the food-frenzy of the holidays is just around the corner. You are feeling good and healthy but want to make sure you don’t carry the joy of the season into the new year with new-found love handles. In this workshop we will have a festive discussion of strategies to help you eat your way through the holidays while maintaining

your health and happiness… and your waistline.

ABOUT HANNAH
Hannah Pask, CHC, AADP, RYT, is a Certified Health Counselor, accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and a Registered Yoga Teacher, accredited by the Yoga Alliance. Hannah helps people who are fed-up with dieting and food fads find the best way to nourish their bodies and feel absurdly good everyday. She is offering these four for free evening workshops as a service to help people get in touch with their eating habits, and their yoga practice.
